1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Yeah IPTV Pro service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Yeah IPTV Pro Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2.2 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

3. Service Description

Yeah IPTV Pro is a premium streaming service that provides access to live television channels, video-on-demand content, and other media through internet protocol television (IPTV) technology.

3.1 Service Features

The Yeah IPTV Pro Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Access to 40,000+ live television channels
• Access to 180,000+ video-on-demand titles
• Multi-device streaming capability
• High-definition and 4K streaming where available
• Catch-up television functionality
• Electronic program guide (EPG)

3.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or for unscheduled emergency maintenance, or because of other causes beyond our reasonable control.

3.3 Content Availability

Channel and content availability may vary based on your geographical location and may change from time to time. We do not guarantee that any specific channel or content will always be available.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Yeah IPTV Pro offers various subscription plans with different durations and pricing. All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

4.2 Payment Terms

By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

4.4 Refund Policy

Yeah IPTV Pro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Proper Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Yeah IPTV Pro, a Yeah IPTV Pro employee, another user, or any other person or entity

5.2 Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your devices are compatible with the Service and meet the necessary technical specifications. Yeah IPTV Pro is not responsible for any issues arising from incompatible devices or inadequate internet connections.

5.3 Internet Connection

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment and ancillary services needed to connect to, access, or otherwise use the Service, including modems, hardware, servers, software, operating systems, and internet service.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Service, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Service

• Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Service
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the Service designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service, or any portion of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access the Service using credentials for a single user account beyond the allowed simultaneous connections
• Sell, trade, or resell the Service for any commercial purpose
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Yeah IPTV Pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7.2 Trademarks

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Yeah IPTV Pro. All other trademarks appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

7.3 User Content

With respect to any content you submit or make available through the Service ("User Content"), you grant Yeah IPTV Pro a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, view, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, and otherwise exploit such User Content.

7.4 Third-Party Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Yeah IPTV Pro. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate your account and subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined in the Service or by contacting our support team.

8.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or follow the account termination procedures provided in the Service.

8.4 Survival

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YEAH IPTV PRO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

YEAH IPTV PRO MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
• THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
• ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YEAH IPTV PRO, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF YEAH IPTV PRO EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID YEAH IPTV PRO, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION SHALL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT YEAH IPTV PRO HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yeah IPTV Pro and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service
• A breach of these Terms
• Content posted on the Service
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations

Yeah IPTV Pro reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms ("Dispute"), you and Yeah IPTV Pro agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If you and Yeah IPTV Pro are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute (except those Disputes expressly excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration.

12.3 Restrictions

You and Yeah IPTV Pro agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between Yeah IPTV Pro and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law:

• No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding
• There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures
• There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons

12.4 Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration

You and Yeah IPTV Pro agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations and binding arbitration:

• Any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a party
• Any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
